As the LED Bulb Expert, WELLMAX has built a reliable quality control system including four sections with SQC (Supplier Quality Control), IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In Process Quality Control) and FQC (Final Quality Control) to ensure our products can meet the “WELLMAX Standards”.
SQC
Partner with famous brands (SAMSUNG LED, Bright Power Semiconductor and AiSHi) to incorporate the best quality components.
IQC
100% inspections on all incoming materials. The CBB film capacitor should endure a high-voltage test (the testing voltage is 2.5 times higher than its rated one) before transferring to our warehouse.
IPQC
50 strict inspection processes throughout the production line. 45 minutes aging test on all finished products to guarantee the first-class quality.
FQC
24 hours test in UL-BOX (50 ℃) to further ensure reliability of products. Final inspection on packaging, appearance and safety before shipment.
